If you haven’t seen it yet, there’s still time to check out the American Cancer Society’s Second Life Relay for Life. There’s a winding path through many (32?) sims. Plots along the way are decorated by volunteers. I saw everything from the set of the movie The Great Escape, accurately rebuilt, to a Go-Kart racing course to Pinocchio’s Castle.
The creativity and imagination in the projects reminded me of why I liked Second Life so much to begin with. The cause is important to all of us, and you’ll meet great people along the way. Go see it!
